1. Scope of Service
Goodstart operates as an authorized independent distributor for Atlantis water dispensers, tea & coffee vending machines, and instant premixes. We provide sales, doorstep delivery, and installation services within the designated Delhi NCR municipalities (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad).
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Taxes
All published pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official B2B Tax Invoices with GST credit breakdown are issued for every purchase upon order confirmation.
3. Delivery & Installation
Standard delivery within serviceable Delhi NCR clusters occurs within 1 to 2 business days. On-site installation is provided free of charge for compatible plumbing points and standard 230V single-phase electrical outlets. Any specialized civil/masonry work is the responsibility of the client.
4. Manufacturer Warranty
All equipment comes with an official 1-Year on-site manufacturer warranty provided by Atlantis. The warranty covers internal electrical, heating, and cooling components against manufacturing defects. Consumable plastic parts and physical damage are excluded per standard terms.
5. Returns & Replacements
In the rare event of transit damage or out-of-box technical failure, a replacement unit or repair will be provided promptly upon verification by our technician.
